ServiceHub Advertising Policy

Effective date: Oct 13 2026

ServiceHub and advertising

ServiceHub’s free tier is paid for by advertising and sponsorship, so every healthcare organization can use the platform at no cost. Organizations that prefer no advertising can choose a paid or Enterprise tier.

Can advertisers influence how ServiceHub works?

No. Advertisers and sponsors have no say in how ServiceHub schedules, assigns, routes, or prioritizes work, and no access to your operational data. We keep a strict separation between the content of the Services and the advertisements we show.

How do you keep advertising separate?

  • Separate systems. Our scheduling and workflow engine and our advertising system run independently. Advertising never changes a schedule, assignment, recommendation, or search result.
  • Clear labels. Every ad and sponsored message is labeled “Sponsored” or “Advertisement” and appears in a set-aside area, never inside a schedule, task, or patient record.
  • No patient information, ever. Ads are never selected, targeted, or measured using patient information or any other protected health information.

What information is used for advertising?

Ads on the free tier may be matched to your professional profile: role category, specialty, organization type, practice setting, general region, and verification level. We also use ad views and clicks to measure performance and limit how often you see the same ad. Ads are never selected or targeted using your prompts or other AI interactions.

Sponsors receive only aggregated, de-identified reports, such as how many verified staff members at a healthcare organization saw a campaign. We never give advertisers your name, contact details, or credentials, or any patient or operational data. To show and measure ads on the free tier, advertising partners may receive hashed or tokenized identifiers, which they are contractually prohibited from using for any purpose other than delivering and measuring ads on ServiceHub. See our Privacy Policy for details and your choices.

ServiceHub Advertising Policy

This policy governs all third-party advertising and sponsorship in the Services. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and objectivity of their advertising and for complying with this policy. We may update this policy at any time.

  • Separation. Advertising must be clearly distinguishable from ServiceHub content and features, including schedules, assignments, notifications, and reports. Ads may not imitate ServiceHub’s interface or system messages.
  • No endorsement. Showing an advertisement does not mean ServiceHub endorses the advertiser or its products or services.
  • Relevance. We favor advertising relevant to healthcare ancillary operations, such as staffing, workforce tools, equipment and supply, fleet and transport, language services, training, and compliance.
  • Prohibited advertising. We do not accept advertising that:
    • Is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or makes unsubstantiated claims
    • Promotes products that are illegal, unsafe, or not approved for their advertised use
    • Promotes tobacco, vaping, cannabis, alcohol, weapons, gambling, or adult content
    • Is discriminatory, hateful, or offensive
    • Collects patient information, or collects user credentials or payment details under false pretenses
  • Ad formats. ServiceHub decides which ad formats it accepts and where they appear.
  • Landing pages. Ads may link to advertiser websites that ServiceHub does not control. Those sites may have different advertising and privacy practices.
  • Our right to refuse. We may accept, reject, pause, or remove any advertisement at our sole discretion, at any time.
  • No performance guarantee. We do not guarantee that ads will be delivered without error or interruption.
  • Compliance. Advertisers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC truth-in-advertising rules and healthcare marketing rules.
