Effective date: Oct 13 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and ServiceHub Corporation (“ServiceHub,” “we,” “us”). They govern your use of servicehub.net, the ServiceHub web and mobile applications, and related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, with or without an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Our Privacy Policy, Advertising Policy, and Security page are incorporated into these Terms.
The Services are built for organizations that provide ancillary services to health systems, such as patient transport, interpretation, environmental services, and equipment and supply, and for the people who work for them. To use the Services, you must:
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization. In that case, “you” includes the organization.
Some organizations use ServiceHub under a separate signed agreement, such as an Enterprise subscription agreement or a Business Associate Agreement (“Customer Agreement”). If a Customer Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Customer Agreement controls for that organization and its users.
You need an account to use the Services. When you register, we ask for information such as your name, work email, job title, organization, and professional credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. We may verify your identity, employer, and credentials through your email domain, public registries such as the NPI Registry, state licensing boards, or third-party verification services. We may limit or deny access if we cannot verify your information.
You are responsible for your username, password, and organization code, and for all activity under your account. Notify us right away at support@servicehub.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
ServiceHub is offered in tiers. The free tier is supported by advertising and sponsorship, as described in our Advertising Policy. Paid and Enterprise tiers are ad-free and add features, support, and contractual commitments described in the applicable order or Customer Agreement. We may change tier features, with notice where required.
ServiceHub is scheduling and workflow software. It is not a healthcare provider, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the Services replaces the professional judgment of clinicians or the policies of the health systems you serve. Schedules, assignments, recommendations, and other outputs, including those generated with artificial intelligence, may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing them before you act on them. In an emergency, contact emergency services.
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not violate, or attempt to violate, the security of the Services. For example, you must not:
You must not use the Services to create, transmit, or store material that:
Indirect or attempted violations, and violations by a third party acting on your behalf, count as violations by you. If you become aware of any such activity, notify us right away. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement.
You and your organization keep ownership of the data you submit to the Services (“Customer Data”). You grant ServiceHub a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data as needed to provide, secure, and support the Services, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
Prompts and AI features. Customer Data includes the prompts, instructions, and other inputs you submit to AI features of the Services, and the outputs generated from them. We may use Customer Data, including prompts, to provide, maintain, and improve the Services. For any PHI, that use is subject to the applicable Business Associate Agreement.
De-identified and aggregated data. ServiceHub may create data from Customer Data and use of the Services that is de-identified or aggregated so that it does not identify you, your organization, any individual, or any patient (“De-identified Data”). Where Customer Data includes PHI, we de-identify it only as permitted by HIPAA (45 C.F.R. § 164.514) and the applicable Business Associate Agreement. ServiceHub owns De-identified Data and may use and disclose it for any lawful purpose, including to develop, improve, and commercialize products and services, during and after your use of the Services. We will not attempt to re-identify De-identified Data, and we contractually prohibit anyone we share it with from doing so.
ServiceHub is designed to hold only the limited patient information needed for scheduling, such as name, medical record number, location, and service codes. Do not enter clinical notes, diagnoses, or other medical record content. Where ServiceHub handles protected health information (PHI) on behalf of a HIPAA covered entity or business associate, that handling is governed by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Our standard BAA, available at [link], applies automatically when you accept these Terms on behalf of your organization, unless your organization has negotiated a BAA as part of a Customer Agreement. PHI is never used for advertising.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit Customer Data, including patient information.
The Services, including software, design, text, and trademarks, belong to ServiceHub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your organization’s internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not remove proprietary notices.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
The Services may include advertisements, links, or integrations with third parties, such as EHR systems, identity providers, and sponsors. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Links are not endorsements. Any dealings you have with a third party, including an advertiser, are solely between you and that third party.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVICEHUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Any uptime commitment applies only if it is stated in a Customer Agreement.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVICEHUB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ServiceHub and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, to protect the Services or other users, or if your account is inactive for an extended period. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections 8 through 16 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
